  I am a trained Reiki Master, energy worker, Master Hypnotherapist, Master NLP Life Coach & trainer, and an eternal student of the mysteries of life. Since early childhood, I knew that I was meant to do something different-- I was guided to help people. The deep inner turmoil I felt as a child attempting to fit into this distorted system of modern day society shaped me into the woman I am now. I fought tooth and nail against my own demons (metaphorically and literally) to free myself of the bondage of depression, mental illness, chronic nervous system dysregulation, and much more- all so that I could stand here today and help others to do the same...
